30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and with tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at wellnessventurasales@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Important Notice
Returns will only be accepted if initiated through our customer service. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (personalized or special orders)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, the quickest way is to return the item you have, and then place a new order once the return is processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union:
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order without providing any reason. As with regular returns, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at wellnessventurasales@gmail.com
